What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

In our group we chose After Dark as our distribution company because they have distributed a number of films that we believe can relate to our target audience.

They have distributed some films such as:

• Reincarnation
• Lake Dead
• Dark Ride
• Slaughter
• The Abandoned

I think that they would be interested in our film due to the fact that they are known for their horror films. We chose to use an independent distribution company because we think that our budget will be small like the other films that After Dark has distributed.
